APPROVING PURCHASE OF LANDS ,FROM VIOLA BARTHOLF
(Re Kurtze Lane)
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego has plans to replace the
private Kurtze Lane with public right-of-way, and
WHEREAS, the Common Council has authorized the Mayor
and City Attorney to negotiate with the parti’es involved
for the needed lands, and
WHEREAS, Mrs. Viola Bartholf has agreed to sell the
needed approximate .75 acre for $2,500.00,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public
purchase .75 acre of land from Viola Bartholf for
Works Committee, does hereby approve of offering to
$2,500.00 subject to approval of City Attorney.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the final closing will be
subject to a review by the City Attorney.
