ATTEST :
DECISION
B
e
IN THE MATTER OF
RENEWAL OF BEVERAGE LICENSE APPLICATION
OF AUDREY OSCHMANN
WHEREAS THE COMMON COUNCIL of the City of Muskego has
considered various matters concerning the operation of
the tavern known as Granny's I1 located at W191 S7690
Racine Ave , Muskego, Wisconsin at the public hearing
scheduled May 26, 1981, and
WHEREAS, the evidence adduced at said hearing indicates
the following
1. That a substantial amount of drug trafficking
takes place in and about the premise known as
Granny"s 11.
2. That bartenders openly smoke marijuana
in full view of patrons.
3 That patrons smoke marijuana in full view of
bartenders.
4. That other crimes take place in or about the
premises involving patrons and bartenders.
5 That the tavern, Granny's 11, is operated in such
a manner as to create of nuisance for the surrounding
property owners and the community as a whole.
6. That the circumstances surrounding paragraphs
numbered 1 through 5 are such that Audrey Oschmann
should have known of the existance of such problems
and taken steps to eliminate all such activities.
7. That the evidence indicates that there was an
utter and complete failure on the part of Audrey
Oschmann to take steps to control the activities
mentioned in paragraphs 1 through 5 above.
It further appears from the record that Audrey Oschmann has
misrepresented material and information on her renewal alcholic
beverage license application in answering "no" to Question #5
of sub-section C when in fact one of her agents and bartenders
namely, Dean Oschmann, was convicted of receiving stolen property
on the 18th of March, 1981.
NOW, THEREFORE, giving due consideration to all of the above
it is the decision of the Common Council of the City of Muskego
that it would not be in the best interest of the community to
renew the application for alcholic beverage licence of Audrey
Os chmann .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, this decision shall have the same force
and effect as a resolution of the City of Muskego.
