DETERMINATION OF NECESSITY

BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF MUSKEGO, WAUKESKA
COUNTY, WISCONSIN, pertaining
to the acquisition of ownership
in certain lands for a storm
drainage and water course
system in the City of Muskego.
* of certain lands and easements
WHEREAS, on March 25, 198U, the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin, adopted
Resolution 49-80;
WHEREAS, the Common Council wishes to correct said
Resolution as shown on the map attached hereto, made a part
hereof and marked Exhibit "C" and as shown on the legal
descriptions attached hereto, made a part hereof and marked
Exhibit "D";
NOW, THEREFORE, the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin, hereby amends said
Relocation Order as shown on Exhibit "C" and as described on
Exhibit "D" which are attached hereto and laade a part hereof.
That the only areas affected by said change are the areas
known as the detention area and the area described on Exhibit
C" as permanent storm drainage easement. That in all other
respects, Resolution 49-80 remains in full force and effect.
