RESOLUTION ADDING CERTAIN BENEFITS FOR
NON-REPRESENTED EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY
I.,~E%\S, the Cornon Council adopted Resolution #107-78 which
established certain benefits for non-represented employees Of
the city, and
\,mEakS, the Finance Committee has reconmended that certain
sections of that resolution be amended,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Resolution .<;107-.78 be amended

Vacation - Five weeks vacation after 23 years of employment.
Insul-ance Benefits - An employee may choose to join the city's
dental insurance plan at his or her own
expense.
Continuation of health insurance program at own cos;
if employed by the city for 15 years and employee is
60 years of age or over at the time of retirement
Maternity Leave - Employee shall be granted maternity leave for
the length of time deemed necessary by the employees
physician. Employee shall be required to furnish 2
doctor's statement 2s to date leave of absence
able to return to work
