DIRECTING THE CITY ATTORNEY TO DRAFT A RENTAL
AGREEMENT BETWEEN BETTY & ED BUCK AND THE CITY OF

WHEREAS, Mr. and Mrs. Ed Buck of S66 W18512 Jewel Crest
Drive, have petitioned the Plan Commission for Conditional
Use in order that their present home can be razed and
replaced with a new home with a mother-in-law unit, and
WHEREAS, they have requested that they be permitted to
lease the recently vacated police building for a period
of six months while their home is being constructed, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended to the
Common Council that the City Attorney be authorized to
prepare a rental agreement between the Bucks and the City
for a period of six months at a rental fee of $150.00
per month.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby direct the City Attorney to prepare
a rental agreement between Betty and Edward Buck, Sr. and
the City of Muskego for the vacated police building for
a period of six months at a rental of $150.00 per month.

LEASE
This agreement is made between the City of Muskego, a
Municipal Corporation, Lessor, and Ed and Betty Buck, Lessees.
Lessor hereby leases to Lessees the premises known as the former
police building for the City of Muskego, located at 576 W17878 W.
Janesville Road, Muskego, Wisconsin, upon the following terms and
conditions:
I . TERM OF LEASE. Th is I ease shal I commence on the
17th day of June, 1978, and expire on the 17th day of December,
1978.
2. RENTAL. Rental shall be the sum of One Hundred
Fifty ($150.00) Dollars per month, payable on the 17th day of each
month, commencing June 17, 1978, and payable at City Hall, Muskego,
Wisconsin.
3. CONDITION OF PREMISES. Lessee has examined and knows
the condition of the premises and accepts the same in as is condi-
tion. No representations or warrantees as to the condition or re-
