SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT IN THE LAKE
ESTABLISHING THE NECESSITY FOR A PERMANENT
DENOON SEWER DISTRICT (C. Jankowski)
WHEREAS, public necessity demands that a permanent
sanitary sewer easement be acquired for the construction of
sanitary sewers in the Lake Denoon Sanitary Sewer District;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council
of the City of Muskego that it is necessary in the public interest
that the City acquire a permanent sanitary sewer easement over the
lands described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated
herein by reference; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and/or City
Attorney are hereby authorized and directed to negotiate for the
acquisition of those lands required for said easement, and in
the event said lands cannot be obtained by negotiation, the City
Attorney is hereby authorized and directed to take by condemnation
those lands required for the permanent sanitary sewer easement

RELOCATION ORDER (C. Jankowski)
BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO
THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO, finds and
determines that:
The proper establishing, laying out, widening, enlarging,
extending, construction, reconstruction, improving or maintaining
of a sanitary sewer easement located in the Lake Denoon Sanitary
Sewer District requires the acquisition of the lands, or interests
in lands, shown on the map attached hereto and incorporated herein
by reference as Exhibit "A."
THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO, thereby
orders that:
I. The said sanitary sewer easement is hereby laid out
and established to the lines and widths as shown on said map;
2. The required lands or interests in lands as shown
on the map shall be acquired pursuant to the Wisconsin Statutes.
