tion of special assessments and it is necessary to notice the same;

tion relating to the adoption of plans and specifications for a sanitary sewer collection system in said City. A copy of said final resolution, together with all documents mentioned therein, is on file in the office
of the City Clerk, YiNO S7732 Racine Avenue, Nuskego, Wisconsin, and is open for public inspection between the hours of c:OO A.I.I. and 5:OO P.I.I.,

VJKEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Thskego on

numbered175-77, expressing its intent to exercise its special assess-

by reference; and
in the area as per schedule "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein
WHEREAS, the Common Council has tenattively adopted the
report of the City Engineer containing certain plans and specifications
for the construction of said sewer system, and an estimate of the cost
of the installation of said system; and
ViXEPEAS, the Common Council, pursuant to notice properly given as required by Resolution #175-77, and as a pears from the records
of the City Clerk, held a public hearing on the 2 f nd day of August 1977, concerning the matters contained in the Przinaly Resolution
and the report of the City Engineer,

installments as above provided, except such assessments on property
where the owner of the same shall file with the City Clerk within thirty
(30) days from the date of this notice a written notice that he elects to
pay the special assessment on his property, describing the same, to the
City Treasurer, the City Clerk shall place the entire assessment,
together with interest, on the installment basis.
