TRANSFER OF FUNDS
(Police Dept.)
WHEREAS, the Chief of Police has advised the city that
available from the State on a 60 - 40 basis, and
funds for the purchase of needed camera equipment are
WHEREAS. the estimated cost of the eauiment is $2.000.00
of which the city would be required to pay approximately
$700.00, and
WHEREAS, the capital budget for the police department
would be short $500.00 if the grant were made which
would have to come from the Capital Budget Contingency
Fund,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby authorize the Chief of Police
to apply for a grant to purchase needed camera equipment.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Common Council does also
Contingency Fund to the Police Department Capital Budget
authorize the transfer of $500.00 from the Capital Budget
for 1977.
