APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT OF
WILDFLOWER
WHEREAS, the city has received a preliminary plat for Wildflower,
a planned unit development, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has adopted Resolution #P.c. 17-77
recommending approval of the preliminary plat, and
WHEREAS, the Common Council has adopted Resolution #148-76
granting to the developers of Wildflower the right to connect
126 units into the city's sewer facilities, and
WHEREAS, the recommendation from the Plan Commission is for
approval subject to the conditions that the proper rezoning
be granted, that the city receive an acceptable developer's
agreement, deed restrictions and that the final plat contain
40 single family units, 44 zero lot line patio homes and 42
apartments, a total of 126 units.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
Planned Unit Development.
of Muskego does hereby approve the preliminary plat of Wildflower
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is conditioned upon
the following:

1. That Outlot 4 is designated as dedicated to the City
of Muskego for park purposes.
area thus creating one lot for each multi-family cluster.
2. That the lot lines are removed in the multi-family
on the east side of Racine Avenue will be phased out.
3. That consideration be given that the farming operation

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval does not waive the
Ordinance relating to Planned Unit Development or the approval
requirements of the Zoning Ordinance or the Subdivision Control
of the Public Works Committee of all engineering plans for
