APPROVAL OF REVISED PLANS FOR PIONEER CENTRE
(PHASE 11)
9 Builders, Inc. for the planned unit development known as Pioneer
WHEREAS, in 1973 the city entered into an agreement with Unitized
Centre, and
WHEREAS, Phase I of that development has been approved and the
city has received a request to complete the development, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has reviewed the plans for 24 one-bedroom
apartments and is requiring that the following conditions be met:
1. Garages will replace the carports.
2. It appears that the exterior siding will be compatible with
that used in Phase I - Pioneer Centre.
3. It appears that the exterior lighting will be compatible with
the lighting used in Phase I - Pioneer Centre.
4. The detailed landscaping plan indicating size and numbers of
proposed plantings has been submitted.
e 5. A topographical plan has been submitted indicating'finished
grade and drainage.
6. Phase I and Phase I1 have been legally separated.
7. The site plan indicates basements under the two major structures,

and,
WHEREAS, Mr. William Reeder has provided the necessary assurances that
the above requirements will be met and the Plan Commission has therefore
recommended to the Common Council approval of the revised plans of
Pioneer Centre, Phase 11,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego,
building, site and landscaping for development of Phase 11, Pioneer
upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission, does hereby approve the
Centre, pending a review by the City Attorney of the legal separation
document.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval in no way assures the dev-
.-- eloper of the availability of municipal sewers to serve the development. ' BE .IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval in no way relieves the dev-
eloper of his responsibilities to meet the requirements of the city's
Zoning Ordinance and Land Division Ordinance.
