6 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF QUIT CLAIM
DEED TO COVENANT LIVING CENTERS FOR ROAD PURPOSES
WHEREAS on the 12th day of April, 1973, the city executed an
agreement with Harold DeBack and Jean Wallner wherein the
city agreed to deed approximately one (1) acre of land to
the developers for the purpose of creating a buildable lot
in addition to the necessary land for a street designated
as Street "A" for $1,000.00, and
WHEREAS on April 8, 1975, the Council approved Resolution #99-75
authorizing the execution of an agreement amending the
Mus-Kee-Quac Planned Unit Development, and
WHEREAS the necessary quit claim deed has been prepared
whereby the city will provide Covenant Living Centers a
total of 2.287 acres for $1,000.00, said acreage being the
land needed for road purposes and for the additional lot, and
WHEREAS authorization to execute the necessary quit claim
deed is required,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby authorize the Mayor and Clerk
to execute the quit claim deed to Covenant Living Centers, Inc.
for 2,287 acres at a total cost of $1,000.00.
