DIRECTING CITY ATTORNEY TO DRAFT AN ORDINANCE
TO AMEND THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP OF
THE CITY OF MUSKEGO
(Agenten-Katzfey-Koeferl Property)
WHEREAS, it has been recommended by the Plan Commission of
the City of Muskego that certain lands in the NE% of of Section 12
in the City of Muskego be rezoned from RS-3 to RS-2, and
WHEREAS, the necessary public hearing has been held,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby direct the City Attorney to draft
the necessary ordinance to amend the zoning district map of
the city by rezoning the following discribed property from
RS-3 to RS-2, and that the lowland be extended 850 feet to the
east.
Portions of property owned by Frank Agenten,
C. P. Katzfey and the Gregory Koeferl Estate
lying south of Tess Corners Drive at the east
limits of the city in the NE% of Section 12,
City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin.
