APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
(Art Thode Estate)
WHERAS, a certified survey map has been submitted to the Common
Council to finalize a division of the Art Thode Estate property
in Section 26, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval of said
division,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve of the certified survey map to
finalize the division of the Art Thode Estate property in
Section 26.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to approval
by the city engineer.
