DIRECTING THE CITY ATTORNEY TO DRAFT
ORDINANCE FOR REZONING THE SCHAEFER PROPERTY
WHEREAS, the City Plan Commission has recommended that
the property presently zoned B-2 along Lions Park Drive
be rezoned to RS-2, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing has been held.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby direct the city attorney to
draft the implementing ordinance to change the following
described property from B-2 to RS-2:
INSERT LEGAL DESCRIPTION
That property in Range 20 East, Town 5 North,
City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin, described as
follows: Commencing at the Southwest % corne6 of
the Southwest % of Section 9, thence North 89 450 feet
to the point of beginning; thence continuing along the
section line North 350 feet; thence South 47' East
220 feet; thence South 40' West to the point of beginning;
and also commencing at the Southeast % corner of the
Southeast of Section 9, thence North 89' West 180 feet;
thence North 33' West 100 feet to the point of beginning,
continuing along the center line of Racine Avenue 500
feet Northwest, thence North 40' East 540 feet tg the
center line of Lions Park D ive; hence South 60 East
140 feet; thence South 89' fiest a ong the section line
460 feet; thence South 40' West 370 feet to the point of
beginning.
