DIRECTING THE CITY ATTORNEY To DRAFT AN ORDINANCE
TO AMEND THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO
WHEREAS, the Common Council has petitioned that the following
described lands be rezoned from 1-2 and RS3 be rezoned as
follows :
Lands presently zoned RS-3 in the E 1/2 of Section 12 to RS-2
Lands presently zoned 1-2 in Sec. 12, the SW 114 of Section
13, the NE 1/4 of Section 14 and the E 1/2 of Section 11 to
RS-2 with the exception of 31.9 acres of land on the north
side of McShane Road owned by Mrs. Jean Wallner and Harold
DeBack be rezoned to RSA with an OPD overlay and the approx-
imately 84.9 acres on the south side of McShane Road owned
by Mrs. Jean Wallner and Harold DeBack be rezoned to RS-2
with an OPD overlay.

WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended said rezoning
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby direct the City Attorney to draft the necessary
implementing ordinance to rezone the following described lands as
follows :
Lands presently zoned RS-3 in the E 1/2 of Section 12 to RS-2
Lands presently zoned 1-2 in Section 12, the NW 1/4 of Section
13, the NE 1/4 of Section 14 and the E 1/2 of Section 11 to
RS-2 with the exception of 31.9 acres of land on the north
side of McShane Road owned by Mrs. Jean Wallner and Harold
DeBack be rezoned to RSA with an OPD overlay and the approx-
imately 84.9 acres on the south side of McShane Road owned
by Mrs. Jean Wallner and Harold DeBack be rezoned to RS-2
with an OPD overlay.
BE IT FIJRTHER RESOLVED that it would be the intention of the Council
to withhold final action on this matter until provisions of Resolution
PCb-72, As Amended, adopted January 2, 1973, Common Council Resolution
84-73, adopted January 9, 1973, and Common Council Resolution 86-73,
adopted January 9, 1973, are met.
