SETTING PUBLIC HEARING DATE FOR REZONING IN
PLANNED DEVELOPMENT
SECTIONS 11, 12 and 13 AND MUS-KEE-GUAC
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has been considering the rezoning 8 of certain lands in Sections 11, 12 and 13 from 1-2 to Rs2 and
RS3 to RS2 as well as a proposed planned development known as
Mus-Kee-Guac on lands presently owned by Harold DeBack and Jean
Wallner, and
WHEREAS, at its meeting of January 2, 1973, the Plan Commission
recommended that a public hearing be held regarding the zoning
changes, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission further recommended that the Council
consider at the same public hearing a petition for a planned
development overlay on lands presently owned by Harold DeBack and
Jean Wallner, and
WHEREAS, the recornendation for public hearing on the planned
development was made with the understanding that any final action
on the planned development is dependent upon all requirements of
Section 6.02 of the Zoning Ordinance having been complied with,
that a community well system which could eventually become a part
of a municipal water system be provided and that the bedroom ratio
will be 70% two bedroom and 30% three bedroom in the condominium
phase of the planned development,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission, as provided
in Resolution P.C. ill-72, As Amended, does hereby set the public
hearing date for February 13, 1973, 7:OO P.M., for the. purpose of
holding a public hearing on the proposal for the following zoning
changes in Sections 11, 12 and 13, as well as to present the
Mus-Kee-Guac planned development to the public:
Lands presently zoned RS-3 in the E 1/2 of Section 12 to RS-2
e Lands presently zoned 1-2 in Section 12, the NW 1/4 of Section
13, the NE 1/4 of Section 14 and the E 1/2 of Section 11 to RS-2
with the exception of 31.9 acres of land on the north side of
McShane Road owned by Mrs. Jean Wallner and Harold DeBack be re-
zoned to RSA with an OPD overlay and the approximately 84.9 acres
on the south side of McShane Road owned by Mrs. Jean Wallner and
Harold DeBack be rezoned to RS-2 with an OPD overlay.
