RESOLUTION NO. 114
A RESOLUTION
authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the
acceptance of Promissory Note offer
WHEREAS this City has duly received sealed proposals for its issue of $800,000 Promissory Notes; and
was that submitted by First Wisconsin National Bank of WHEREAS it has determined that the best proposal received
Milwaukee and associates;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the proposal of First
Wisconsin National Bank of Milwaukee and associates, be and
it hereby is accepted and the Mayor and City Clerk are
authorized and directed'to execute an acceptance of the
offer of said successful purchaser on behalf of the City;
FURTHER RESOLVED that the check of the successful purchaser
be retained by the City Treasurer until actual closing of
the note issue and checks of the unsuccessful bidders be
promptly returned;
Upon motion made and duly seconded, the following resolution

of Comnlon Council
A special meeting of the Common Council 01 the City of
Muskego. Wisconsin, was held on Thursday, June 1, 1972 in the Council
Chambers, City Hall. The Mayor called the mceting to order at 8:OO P.M.,
C. D. T.
The following members were present: Charles P. Foldy, Paul
Schaurnberg, Lois Sapp, Richard Knudsen, Harold DeBack and Edwin P. Dumke;.
The following members were absent: Ronald Ford;
The Mayor announced that the purpose of this meeting was to
receive proposals for the City's $800, 000 Promissory Notes.
The ark announced that 7 sealed proposals had been
received, each accompanied by the requisite good faith check in the amount
