DIRECTING THE CITY ATTORNEY TO PREPARE AN
AMENDMENT TO THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO
(DeBack-Wallner Property)
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego has been petitioned to rezone certain
lands in Section 12 (DeBack-Wallner Property) from I2 and RS3 to
RSA with an OPD, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval of the petition
and the planned development as to the appropriateness and desirability
of the proposed zoning change, the suitability of the building site
and development plans,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby accept the recommendation of the Plan Commission
as it relates to the planned development known as Mus-kee-guac
presented at a public hearing held on March 28, 1972, and directs
the City Attorney to prepare the necessary implementing ordinance
to amend the zoning map of the City of Muskego accordingly.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that it would be the intent of the Council
to withhold final adoption of that ordinance until such a time as
all provisions of the Zoning Ordinance as it relates to the planned
development have been fulfilled including the developer's agreement
financial guarantee.
