PROVIDING FOR THE NECESSARY REQUIREMENTS OF
SECTION 601.34 (c) FEDERAL REGULATIONS IN
THE TREATMENT OF INDUSTRIAL WASTE WATER

WHEREAS, the City of Muskego is presently constructing a new
waste water treatment plant in the northwest district of the
city, and
WHEREAS, the waste water contribution to said plant is domestic
waste, and
WHEREAS, approval of the Environmental Protection Agency requires
the City of Muskego to agree to negotiate the necessary contract
whenever industrial waste water is involved as provided in the
requirements of Section 601.34 (c) Federal Regulations,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Muskego agrees
that if industrial waste water from any future industrial plant
in the northwest sewer district is discharged into the waste
water treatment plant the city will negotiate a contract with
the industry for treatment for their waste water in accordance
with the requirements of Section 601.34 (c) Federal Regulations
dated July 2, 1960.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this resolution will be
sent to the consulting firm of Ruekert & Mielke, the Environ-
mental Protection Agency in Chicago, Illinois, and the Department
of Natural Resources in Madisos, Wisconsin. ,
