CCR1971233RESOLUTION 8233 ACCEPTANCE OF OFFER OF WM. KILPS SONS FOR PURCHASE OF CITY-OWNED LAND WHEREAS, the City of Muskego advertised by bid approximately 9% acres of land lying in Section 16 owned by the city, and WHEREAS, the following bids were received: Donald W. Kilps $60,100.00 Kissinger Realty Co. 42,084.00 Quality Bilt Construction 40,000.00 Bock1 Development Corporation 30,000.00 Roy C. Jolitz (Bid on 2 acres only at $6,000.00 ea.) 12,000.00 and WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that the offer of William Kilp Sons be accepted subject to the following conditions: e 1. A sum of money equal to ten per cent (10%) of the bid be paid to the city immediately. 2. That by May 1, 1972, a development plan for the area acceptable to the Plan Commission and the Common Council be finalized. June 1, 1972. 3. That the development of the area shall begin prior to THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego, upon recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby accept the high bid of Wm. Kilps Sons in the amount of $60,100.00 for approximately 9% acres of land located in Section 16. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this acceptance is subject to the following conditions: 1. A sum of money equal to ten per cent (10%) of the bid be 2.
