RESOLUTION PROPOSING GROWTH RATE FOR NEW
DEVELOPMENTS IN THE CITY OF MUSKEGO
BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego be receptive to 65% development of any new planned
development or new development in the sewer districts.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that at such time when 95%
of the sewer plant's capacity is reached that no further
development will take place until the Common Council can
evaluate the possibilities of expanding the facilities or
if the indications are firm that Milwaukee Metropolitan
sewers will be extended to serve the City of Muskego
