AUTHORIZING A PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE
AGREEMENT FOR ADDRESSOGRAPH BETWEEN THE CITY OF
MUSKEG0 AND THE SLATER EQUIPMENT COMPANY
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that a proposed
Preventive Maintenance Agreement between the City of Muskego
and the Slater Equipment Company for the city's addressograph
be accepted,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve of an agreement between the
City of Muskego and 'the Slater Equipment Company for a Preventive
Maintenance Agreement at a cost not to exceed $100.00 per year.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be authorized to
execute the agreement in behalf of the city.
