CCR1971192RESOLUTION jlJ.92-71 GRANTING VARIANCES AND APPROVAL OF LEGAL MT STAllJS (Zangerle) WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has been petitioned to approve a division of land which does not meet the requirements of the zoning district in which it is located, and WHEREAS, the Common Council, when it is determined that a literal interpretation of the zoning ordinance would cause unreasonable hardship, may grant variances required in the establishment of lots which do not meet the zoning ordinance, and WHEREAS, the division of land requested by Mr. Raymond Zangerle does provide adequate lot sizes but has only a 90' average width on one lot and a 95' average width on the second lot of the 3-parcel division in a zoned area that requires 110' average width, and WHEREAS, prior to preliminary approval the Plan Commission needs positive action by the Council indicating acceptance of the necessary variances, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego, upon the recornendation of the Plan Commission, will grant to Mr. Raymond Zangerle, legal lot status for his proposed 3-parcel division with the understanding that the required area is sufficient to meet the zoning standards of that district and that the average lot width is not less than 90'. 0 .- Ald.
