GRANTING VARIANCES AND APPROVAL OF
LEGAL LOT STATUS
(A. Spirer)
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has been requested to approve
a Certified Survey Map of a 3-parcel division located at
the corner of Jewel Crest Drive and Martin Drive, and
WHEREAS, the resulting square foot area of each lot does
not meet the 20,000 sq. ft. requirement of that zoning
district , and
WHEREAS, prior to the approval of the Certified Survey
Map by the Plan Commission, the granting of the necessary
variances by the Council is necessary,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby grant to Angela Spirer, the
necessary variances in square foot requirements as follows: e
Parcel 1 5,625 sq. ft. variance
Parcel 2 6,077 sq. ft. variance
Parcel 3 5,603 sq. ft. variance
and, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission, grant legal
lot status to the 3-parcel division.
