ACCEPTANCE OF LOW BID FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF
CITY HALL/LIBRARY
WHEREAS, on August 6, 1971, the bids for the new City Hall/Library
complex were opened, and
WHEREAS, after consultations with the City's architects, several
items were eliminated or substituted, and
WHEREAS, the Building Committee of the Common Council has
recommended that all low bids be accepted bringing the total
cost of the building to $233,279.35 plus approximately $10,000.00
in architect's fees,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Building Committee does
hereby accept and award the following bids and contracts: e

-Eliminate gravel backfill, use excavated
materials 100.00
-Change inside C.I. storm & sanitary sewer
to clay pipe 120.00
-Substitute T29 Nibco valves in lieu of type
