CCR1971122RESOLUTION #122-71 AS AMENDED INIATING TEE REZONING OF CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND IN SECTION 3 AS RECOMNENDED BY THE PLANNING COHP!. WHEREAS, the Plan Commission, upon the recommendation of the City Planner, has recommended that the Common Council, on its own motion, rezone certain parcels of land in and Section 3 from RSE and RS-1 to RS-1 and RS-2 respectively, GJEEREAS, the land can best be described as follows: That parcel of land lying west of Lannon Drive and south of Elartin Drive, presently zoned RS-1 shall be rezoned to RS-2; Those lands lying north of Hartin Drive, with the exception of the 1-2 Zoning, shall be rezoned from RSE to RS-1, excepting a strip of land 300 feet in depth and lying southerly of the proposed Beltline Freeway corridor, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego does hereby direct the City Attorney to draft the necessary ordinance to implement above change.
