CCR1971121RESOLUTION #121-71 DENYING THE REZONING REQUEST OF ALVIN FRIED, RICHARD ZACH AND PAUL BURBACH WHEREAS, Alvin Fried, Richard Zach and Paul Burbach have petitioned the Common Council for rezoning approximately ten acres of land in Section 3, north of Martin Drive, from RSE to RS-2, and WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended that the Council deny the request on the basis that the area involved is too small and that a more realistic zoning of a larger area would be of benefit to the City of Muskego, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego does hereby deny the request to rezone the following described lands from RSE to RS-2: All that part of the SWk of Sec. 3, T5N R20E, in the City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin, bounded and described as follows to wit: Commencing at the West one-quarter of said Sec. 3; thence N'88O 47' E along the West one-quarter line of said Sec. 3; 309.19 ft to the point of beginning of the lands herein to be decided; thence N88O 47' E along the West k line of said Sec. 3, 468.48 ft to a point; thence South, and parallel to the West Section line, 1076.98 f t to the center of a public road; thence N 58' 31' W along said center line,, 363.06 ft to a point; thence N 61' 40' W, 180.38 ft to a point; thence North and parallel to the West section line, 791.75 ft to the point of beginning. (This property may be more generally described as that property lying north of Martin Dr. between those points where Martin Dr. intersects with Southern Dr. and Lannon Dr. ) DATED THIS i!
