DIRECTING THE CITY ATTORNEY TO DRAFT
AMENDMENT TO ZONING ORDINANCE
WHEREAS, the City Plan Commission has recommended that
Section 8.11 of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Muskego
be amended as follows:
Section 8.11(7) B. 1. d. be deleted and that Section
8.11(7) C. be amended by adding (5) Residential
quarters located in the same building as the business.
Also that Section 8.14 (7) C. be amended by adding
(5) Any Conditional Use permitted in the B-3 District. e THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that upon the recommendation of the City Plan Commission, the City Attorney is hereby directed
to draft an ordinance amending the City of Muskego Zoning
Ordinance as follows:
Section 8.11(7) B. 1. d. be deleted and that Section
8.11(7) C. be amended by adding (5) Residential
quarters located in the same building as the business.
Also that Section 8.14 (7) C. be amended by adding
(5) Any Conditional Use permitted in the B-3 District.
