ACCEPTANCE OF BID FOR MUNICIPAL SEWER PROJECT
MSS-7-71
Northeast District G-7
WHEREAS, the City Clerk was directed to advertise for bids for
the proposed sewer project for the City of Muskego, and
WHEREAS, the following bids have been received for Project
MSS-7-71:
United Sewer & Water
Super Excavators
Michels Pipeline
W. J. Lazynski
Cathlina Construction

552,738.00
597,965.00
602,694.00
and
WHEREAS, the Consulting Engineers, Ruekert & Mielke, Inc. and
the Public Sewer Committee have recommended that the bid for
Project MSS-7-71 be awarded to United Sewer & Water,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby award the bid for the proposed Sewer
Project MSS-7-71 to United Sewer & Water in the amount of
$515,649.50.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk-Comptroller and the
Mayor are hereby authorized to sign the contract in the name
of the City.
