ACCEPTANCE OF BID FOR MUNICIPAL SEWER

Northeast District G-1 * WHEREAS, the City .Clerk was directed to advertise for bids for
the proposed sewer project for the City of Muskego, and
WHEREAS, the following bids have been received for Project MSS-1-71:

United Sewer & Water

WHEREAS, the Consulting Engineers, Ruekert & Mielke, Inc. and the
Public Sewer Committee have recomended that the bid for Project
MSS-1-71 be awarded to Rock Contractors, Inc.,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Comon Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby award the bid for the proposed Sewer Project
MSS-1-71 to Rock Contractors in the amount of $301,697.00.
BE IT FIJRTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk-Comptroller and the
Mayor are hereby authorized to sign the contract in the name of
the City.
