DESIGNATION OF LEGAL LOT

WHEREAS, Robert Baas, owner of the following described lot:
That part of the Southeast 114 of Section 2, Township 5 North, Ihnge 20
East, City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin, bounded and describ-
ed as follows: Commencing at the Northeast corner of the said 114
section: thence South lo 17' West along the East line of the said
1/4 section, 597.10 feet to a point: thence West and parallel to
the North line of the said 114 section 865.08 feet to a point in
the East line of Tess Comers Subdivision; thence South 24' 06'
East along the East line of Tess Corners Subdivision; 109.00 feet
to the point of beginning of the land to be described; thence
continuing South 24' 06' East along the East line of Tess Corners
Subdivision 109.00 feet to a point; thence East 440.00 feet to a
point in the center of a creek; thence North 21' 04' West along
the center of said creek 42.00 feet to a point; thence North 17" 38'
West 63.28 feet to a point; thence West 450.24 feet to the point of
beginning and reserving the West 33 feet for public highway, 1
located on Gaulke Drive, has requested legal lot status from the Common
Council, and
WHEREAS. the Plan Commission has determined that the lot has the re-

quired area under the Zoning Ordinance, however, it has an average
width of 100 feet while the Zoning Ordinance requires 110 feet, and
it has recommended that the Council grants legal lot status to this
lot,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby accept the recommendation of the Plan Commission
and declares that the follow described lot be designated as a legal.

ing from Mr. Baas a dedicat f 33 feet along the east side of Gaulke
