PRELIMINARY RESOLLTION DECLARING INTENT TO LEVY SPECIAL
ASSESSMENT FOR SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENTS IN AREA KNOWN
AS "NORTHWEST DISTRICT, AREA 2, 2-5"
RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Muskego,
'Wisconsin:

South of School Drive; along the entire length of a North-South Pri-
vate Road at the East end of Wentland Drive; along Wentland Drive from
its East end to a point approximately 750 feet West; along the entire
length of Hillview Drive; along Lochcrest Boulevard from Richdorf
Drive to Racine Avenue.
2. The total amount assessed against the properties in said
district shall be made under the police power of the City; a reasonable
basis for the said assessments being not in excess of the average cost
of installation of an 8 inch sanitarv sewer having an average deDth of do feet-
