ACCEPTING TRE LOW BID FOR BITUMINOUS ASPHALT
TO BE USED BY THE CITY OF MUSKEGO FOR 1970
e WHEREAS the Public Works Committee was authorized to advertise for
bids to provide the city with bituminous asphalt for road purposes,
and
WHEREAS the following bids were received:
Payne h Dolan, Inc.
Lang Engineering Co., Inc.
LhW Construction Co., Inc. Wm. Beaudois h Son, Inc.
$6.49 per ton
6.72 per ton
7.54 per ton
8.00 per ton
and
0
WHEREAS the Public Works Committee has recommended that the low bid
of Payne & Dolan of $6.49 per ton be accepted,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby accept the low bid of Payne h Dolan, Inc. for
bituminous asphalt for city street projects at a cost of $6.49
per ton.
