AUTHORIZING DEFERRED ASSESSMENT
STALLATIONS IN ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
ON THE LAZYNSKI-BECK SEWER IN-
NO. 3
WHEREAS, the Common Council has levied a special sewer assessment
against the property known as the Lazynski-Beck property located in
Assessment District No. 3 and more particularly identified on the
Assessment Roll as No. 653 and on the City Tax Roll by Key No.
2196.959; and
WHEREAS, the property assessed is farm land and no use of the sewer
will apparently be made, but the owners thereof are considering the
further development of said property; and
WHEREAS, the owners of the Lazynski-Beck property have, in consid-
eration of the following Deferred Assessment Resolution, agreed to
give to the City of Muskego, without cost, an easement across their
property for the construction and maintenance of the foregoing
sewer; and
WHEREAS, Section 66.605 Statutes provides as follows:
"Notwithstanding any other statute, the due date
of any special assessment levied against property
abutting on or benefited by a public improvement
may be deferred on such terms and in such manner
as prescribed by its governing body while no use
of the improvement is made in connection with the
property except in cities of the first class the

WHEREAS, the owners have requested the approval of the Common Council
of a deferred assessment with respect to said property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby determine that payment of the assessment made a-
gainst the Lazynski-Beck property as appears as Assessment No. 653 in
Assessment District No. 3, said property being further identified on
the City Tax Rolls under Key No. 9196.959 shall be paid in installments
of $1.00 per year for a period of 25 years, at which time the unpaid
balance shall be paid in full. Provided, however, that if connections
are made, prepayments shall be due as follows:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said assessment shall not bear any
interest until a final plat for the Lazynski-Beck property is ap-
proved and recorded, at which time interest shall begin to accrue and
