DESIGNATION OF LEGAL LOTS
WHEREASMr. Valentine Halbrucker and Katherine Halbrucker, his wife,
owners of certain lands in Section 18, have petitioned the Common
Council of the City of Muskego to determine legal status of lots
pursuant to Section 10 of the Subdivision Control Ordinance, and
WHEREAS the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego has determined
that permitting the re-defining of lot lines in this area would
result in more practical and desirable lot size, the resulting lots
will surrport satisfactory sewerage disposal systems, the size quality
and character of the new lots would not be incompatible with the
surrounding area and that to refuse the re-division of lands would
impose an unnecessary hardship upon the owners and does therefore
recommend to the Common Council that said lot as shown on Certified
Survey map, dated September 5, 1967, be declared legal lots,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby accept the recommendation of the Plan Cmission
and declares the following described lots owned by Valentine Hal-
brucker and Katherine Halbrucker, his wife, as shown on Certified
Survey map, dated September 5, 1967, as legal lots:
"All that part of the Southeast one-quarter of the North-
east one-quarter of Section 18, Town 5 North, Range 20 East,
City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin, bounded and
described as follows to-wit: Commencing at the East one-
quarter corner of said Section 18; thence North along the
East line of the said Northeast one-quarter 853.00 feet to
the point of beginning of the lands herein described; thence
continuing North along said East line 116.88 feet; thence
South 88O 33' West 780.15 feet; thence North 0' 05' 45''
West 15.00 feet; thence 880 33' West 553.00 feet to a point
on the center line of Hillendale Drive; thence South Oo 05'
45" East along said center line 169.88 feet; thence North
88O 33' East 553.00 feet; thence North Oo 05' 45'' West 38.00
feet; thence North 88' 33' East 779.91 feet to the point of
beginning, excepting and dedicating therefrom the Westerly
40 feet for road purposes.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Building Inspector is hereby
granted permission to issue a Building Permit to the owner of
said legal lots subject to compliance with all other ordinances
of the City of Muskego.
