COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO
RESOLUTION #177-2009
AUTHORIZE EXECUTION OF HEALTH INSURANCE CONTRACT
FOR 2010
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee has reviewed the health care options for 2010 and
has recommended approval of a contract with WPS for health insurance coverage
subject to the consensus of the bargaining units.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby authorize
the Mayor and Clerk-Treasurer to execute the contract for health insurance for 2010 as
follows:
WPS HEALTH INSURANCE

HEOS Plus Statewide

Single Member $ 612.84 $ 559.60
Limited Family $1,290.16 $1,181.63
Family $1,851.40 $1,695.65
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the City believes this change will provide health
care that is equal to or greater than the existing benefits.
