RESOLUTION #154-2009
ACQUISITION OF PERMANENT WATER MAIN EASEMENT
(Balcerak – Tax key 2197.192)
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee recommended purchase of the attached
Permanent Utility Easement granted by John A. and Laura A. Balcerak for a purchase
price of $9,8000.00; and
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee recommended approval of the attached Easement
Disturbance Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby approve
the acquisition of the Permanent Utility Easement granted by John A. and Laura A.
Balcerak for a purchase price of $9,800.00; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of Muskego, upon
the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby approve the acceptance
of the Easement Disturbance Agreement; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor and Clerk-Treasurer are authorized to
sign the Permanent Utility Easement and the Easement Disturbance Agreement in the
name of the City.
