CCR2009129-Settlement-Attachment City of Muskego City Hall/Library Tentative Agreement 8/26/09 The City proposes to amend the Collective Bargaining Agreement as follows: 1. All items as previously agreed upon. 2. Wages A. 1/1/09 – 2.5% ATB 1/1/10 – 1.0% ATB 7/1/10 – 1.0% ATB B. Longevity – Amend to provide for $30/month @ 30 years of continuous service C. Upgrade - Election Clerk from L.G. 11 to L.G. 12 - Building Clerk moved to upper-end of range - Reclassify full-time Lib I to Public Services Lib I. (Part-time Lib I to remain at Inter-Library Loan rate.) D. Job retitling - Add: “Senior Financial Assistant” L.G. 15 - Change: “Sewer Utility Clerk” to “Utility Account Clerk” - Change: “Water Utility Clerk” to “Account Clerk” - Delete: “Bookkeeper” 3. Article 12 – Health and Welfare A. Switch to Humana effective 1/1/09 B. $200.00 paid to all employees covered by insurance C. Section 4. Monthly contributions. Amend to provide: 1/1/09 employees to pay 8% as follows: 2009 Cap 2010 Family - $90/mo. Family - $110/mo. LTD Fam - $68/mo. LTD Fam - $78/mo. Single - $45/mo. Single - $45/mo. D. City will offer a Health Risk Assessment Program for 2011 calendar. Plan to cover covered employees and their covered spouse. Covered and employees and covered spouses who do not participate in 2010, for 2011, will pay 9% of premium in 2011 at uncapped levels. This process will be repeated each year for the following plan year. E. 17.01 (fifth paragraph) Change “document” to “doctrine” in last line. F. 17.01. B. Insurance opt-out payments. Increase to: Fam to 0 - $400/mo. LTD to 0 - $305/mo. Single to 0 - $150/mo. Fam to 1 - $280/mo. LTD to 1 - $160/mo. Fam to LTD - $95/mo. 4. Two year contract: January 1, 2009 – December 31, 2010. 2
