COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO
RESOLUTION #082-2009
RESOLUTION TO AMEND CITY POLICY FOR
DEPOSITING AND INVESTING CITY FUNDS
WHEREAS, On August 13, 1991, the Common Council of the City of Muskego adopted
Resolution #190-91, which established a policy for depositing and investing City funds;
and
WHEREAS, The policy was amended in 1995, 1996 and 1997; and
WHEREAS, The Mayor, Finance Director and Clerk-Treasurer recommend that the
policy be further amended to update state statute references and to include the
Wisconsin Investment Series Cooperative (WISC), a new investment program; and
WHEREAS, The Committee of the Whole reviewed the proposed policy, as attached,
and recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Committee of the Whole, does hereby
approve the attached Policy for Depositing and Investing City Funds.
