COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO
RESOLUTION #066-2009
APPROVAL TO PURCHASE LEAF VACUUM MACHINE
(Department of Public Works)
WHEREAS, The Public Works Committee recommended approval of the purchase of a
new leaf vacuum machine to assist in the City’s fall leaf pickup program; and
WHEREAS, The equipment would be purchased from ODB at a cost of $26,000; and
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee has reviewed the request to purchase the new
equipment and has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby approve
the purchase of a new leaf vacuum machine from ODB at a cost not to exceed $26,000.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the expenditure will be taken from the
Refuse/Recyling Special Revenue Fund.
