RESOLUTION #048-2009
APPROVAL OF LEASE AGREEMENT WITH
TOM SCHAEFER TO CULTIVATE LANDS ON PORTION OF MOORLAND PARK
WHEREAS, The attached Lease Agreement has been reviewed by the Finance
Committee and has been recommended for approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby approve
the amended Lease Agreement with Tom Schaefer to cultivate land on southern portion
of the Moorland Park for 2009.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor is authorized to sign the Lease
Agreement in the name of the City.
