RESOLUTION TO ESTABLISH FEES
(Community Development Department)
WHEREAS, The Municipal Code of the City of Muskego provides that applicable fees shall
be established, as from time to time, by Resolution of the Common Council; and
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee has recommended approval of the following fees
outlined on the attached table; and
WHEREAS, The fees are inclusive of the Building, Engineering, and Planning Services of
the Community Development Department and include a few new fees structures (noted in the
tables).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That the Common Council of the City of Muskego,
upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby establish the fees
outlined on the attached table effective immediately.
