AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE ZONING MAP
OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO
Mariner L.and Corporation. Wildflower Farms
RC-2 and RG-3 to PD Planned Development District
THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO, WISCONSIN, DO ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: The following described property is hereby rezoned from RC-2 and RC-3 to'
PD Planned Develapment District:
All that part af the Narthwe'st ~, Nartheast ~, Sauthwest ~ and Sautheast ~ af the
Nartheast ~ of Section 24, Tawn 5 North, Range 20 East, in the City of Muskego,
Waukesha County, Wi.:;consin, now being more particularly bounded and described as
follows:
Commencing at the North ;~ corner of said Section 24; Thence South 01025'14" East
and along the West line of said Northeast ~ Section, 403.78 feet to the place of
beginning of lands here'inalftHr described;
Thence North 8r32'2T' East and along the South line of Certified Survey Map No. 3641
and being parallel to the North line of said Northeast ~ Søction, 175.00 feet to a point;

Subdivision Plat of ReGard), 1398.96 feet to a point on said West line of said Northeast

Section, 1588.39 feet to the point of beginning of this description. Said Parcel contains
2,763,070 Square Feet (or ß3.4314 Acres) of land, more or less. (Also known as Tax
Key Numbers 2253. 99B.003 & 2253.998).
SECTION 2: The sevel"al sections of this ordinance am declared to be severable. If
any section or portion thereof shall be declared by a decision of a court of competent
jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, such decision shall apply only to
the specific section or portion thereof directly specified in the decision, and not affect th"e
validity of all other provisions., sections, or portion thereof of the ordinance which shall
remain in full force and effect. Any other ordinances whose terms are in conflict with the
provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed as to those terms that conflict.
SECTION 3: This ordinanoe is in full force and effect from and after passage and
publication subject to Council approval of the Final Plat, Subdivider's Agreement and
the zoning ordinance language that specifically outlines the parameters of the PD.
