AN ORDINANCE TO GRANT AN OPD PLANNED DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT
TO THE APPROVED RS-2/0PD ZONING FOR
WOODLAND CREEK ESTATES AND
WO()DU~ND CREEK ESTATES ADDITION #1
THE COMMON COUNCill OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO, WISCONSIN, DO ORDAIN
AS FOllOWS:
SECTION 1: The Common Council amended and adopted Ordinance #1174 on July
27, 2004, which approved of an amendment to the zoning map of the City of Muskego
from A to RS-2/0PD for Woodland Creek Estates.
SECTION 2: The Common Council adopted Ordinance #1190 on May 24, 2005, which
approved of an amendment ito the zoning map of the City of Muskego from A to RS-
2/0PD for Woodland Creek Addition #1.
SECTION 3: The Common Council does hereby grant an OPD Planned Development
amendment to the approved RS-2/0PD Zoning for VVoodland Creek Estates and
Woodland Creek Estates Addition #1 to allow reduced open spaces per lot from 75% to
68%.
SECTION 4: The several sections of this ordinance are declared to be severable. If
any section or portion therEmf shall be declared by a decision of a court of competent
jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, such decision shall apply only to
the specific section or portion thereof directly specified in the decision, and not affect
the validity of all other provisions, sections, or portion thereof of the ordinance which
shall remain in full force and effect. Any other ordinancHs whose terms are in conflict
with the provisions of thi~i ordinance are hereby repealed as to those terms that conflict.
SECTION 5: This ordinancH is in full force and effect from and after passage and
publication subject.
