AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE ZONING MAP AND 2010 COMPREHENSIVE PLAN
OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO
(A to RCE/COPD - SchmittlHillendale Drive)
THE COMMON COUNCil OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO, WISCONSIN, DO ORDAIN AS
FOllOWS:
SECTION 1: The following described property is hereby rezoned from A to RCE/COPD:
BEING A PART OF THE SE 1/4 OF THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 18, T5N R20 E, CITY OF MUSKEGO.
15.002 AC. PARCEL A CERT SURVEY 8/63 R628/1023 WD 8/84, LYING JUST SOUTH OF AND
INCLUDING:
S83 W20607 JANESVILLE ROAD, MUSKEGO: PT NE 1 14 SE 1 14 SEC 18 T5N R20E LYING SOUTH
OF ELEC RIW AND RlW1 RD WIDE VOL 564 OF DEEDS PAGE 56713.292 ACRES.
Also known as Tax Key No. 2232.980 and 2232.981.
SECTION 2: The several sections of this ordinance are declared to be severable. If any
section or portion thereof shall be declared by a decision of a court of competent jurisdiction
to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, such decision shall apply only to the specific section
or portion thereof directly specified in the decision, and not affect the validity of all other
provisions, sections, or portion thereof of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and
effect. Any other ordinances whose terms are in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance
are hereby repealed as to those terms that conflict.
SECTION 3: This ordinance is in full force and effect from and after passage and publication
subject to approval of the final plat, Developer's Agreement and letter of Credit for Heather's
Way.

SECTION 4: The Common Council does hereby amend the 2010 Comprehensive Plan to
reflect rural density residential use of the property consistent with the RCE zoning district.
