AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE ZONING MAP
OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO

THE COMMON COUNCil OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO, WISCONSIN, DO ORDAIN
AS FOllOWS:
SECTION 1: The following described property is hereby rezoned from RSE to
RSE/OIP:
All that part of the North East X of Section 4, Town 5 North, Range 20 East, in the City of
Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin, bounded and described as follows: Commencing at
the Northwest corner of the Northeast X of said Section; thence S 0038'48" E., along the West
line of the said Northeast X Section 1084.60 feet to the point of beginning of lands to be
described herein; thence Easterly 1335 feet (more or less) to the East line of the West ~ of
said Northeast X Section; thence Southerly along said 1/8 line 380 feet (more or less); thence
Westerly 355.00 feet; thence Southerly 623 feet (more or less) to the North right of way line of
Martin Drive; thence Northwesterly along said right of way 130 feet (more or less); thence
Southwesterly along said right of way 18 feet (more or less); thence Northwesterly along said
right of way 205 feet (more or less); thence Northwesterly along said right of way 87 feet (more
or less), to the East line of Parcel 1, of Certified Survey Map No. 9132; thence N 30036'00" E
7.00 feet; thence N 59024'00" W along said right of way line 150.00 feet; thence N 30036'00" E
110.00 feet; thence N 59024'00" W 150.00 feet; thence N 30036'00" E 108.00 feet; thence; N
59024'00" W 200.00 feet; thence S 30036'00" W 225.00 feet to the north line of said Martin
Drive; thence Northwesterly along said right of way line 300 feet (more or less) to the West line
of said Northeast X Section; thence N 000 38'48" W 265 feet (more or less to the point of
beginning. Containing 624,498 square feet, or 14.3 acres of land more or less.
And
That part of the Southwest X of the Northeast X of Section 4, Town 5 North, Range 20E, in the
City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin, bounded and described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of the Northeast X of Section 4, thence North 00038'45"
West along the West line of said X section 782.40 feet to a point; thence North 880 36' 24" East
parallel with the South line of said X section 415.62 feet to the centerline of Martin Drive and
the point of beginning of lands being described; thence North 59024'00" West along said
centerline 200.00 feet to a point; thence North 30036'00" East 246.00 feet to a point; thence
South 59024'00" East 200.00 feet to a point; thence South 30036'00" West 246.00 feet to a
point on the centerline of Martin Drive; said point being the place of beginning. Lands
described containing 42,600 square feet, 0.9780 Acres

SECTION 2: The several sections of this ordinance are declared to be severable. If
any section or portion thereof shall be declared by a decision of a court of competent
jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, such decision shall apply only to
the specific section or portion thereof directly specified in the decision, and not affect
the validity of all other provisions, sections, or portion thereof of the ordinance which

shall remain in full force and effect. Any other ordinances whose terms are in conflict
with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed as to those terms that conflict.
SECTION 3: This ordinance is in full force and effect from and after passage and
publication.
