THE COMMON COUNCil OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO,WISCONSIN,DO ORDAIN AS
FOllOWS:
SECTION 1:The following described property is hereby rezoned from RSE to RSEJCOPD:
Part of the NW ~,NE ~SW ~and SE ~of the SE ~of Section 13,T5N R20E,City of Muskego,
Waukesha County,Wisconsin more particularly described as:Commencing at the NW corner of the
SE ~of Section 13,thence N87O 18'00"E,827.64 feet to the point of beginning;thence N87O 18'00"
E 848.89 feet;thence 502042'00"E 167 feet;thence 5870 18'00"W 143.88 feet;thence SO 02
42'00"E 628.00 feet to a point along the south right of way line of Schaefer Road;thence along said
south right of way line along a curve with an arc of 122.27 feet,a radius of 190.00 feet and a chord of
120.17 feet;thence continuing along said south right of way line along a curve with an arc of 199.24
feet,a radius of 310.00 feet and a chord of 196.06 feet;thence N87O 18'00"E 133.36 feet;thence

section or portion thereof shall be declared by a decision of a court of competent jurisdiction to
be invalid,unlawful,or unenforceable,such decision shall apply only to the specific section or
portion thereof directly specified in the decision,and not affect the validity of all other
provisions,sections,or portion thereof of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and
effect.Any other ordinances whose terms are in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance
are hereby repealed as to those terms that conflict.
SECTION 3:This ordinance is in full force and effect from and after passage and publication
subject to approval of.final plat and approval and execution of the Developer's Agreement of
Big Muskego Estates II.
