WISCONSIN, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. The following described property is hereby rezoned from 8-3 to B-3/01P. A part of the South % of Section 9. Town 5 North, Range 20 East, City of Muskego, County of Waukesha, State of Wisconsin. described as follows: Beginning in the center of the Waterford Road, 213.18 feet West and 1,188 feet North 9-3/4" East from the % post on the South side of said Section 9; thence running North 9-314" East 80.feet; thence South 80-1/4" East 150 feet; thence South 9-3/4 ' West 80 feet; thence North 80-114" West 150 feet to the place of beginning. Any other ordinances whose terms are in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed as to those terms that conflict.
