COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO
THE CO"ON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO. WISCONSIN, DO ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The following described property is hereby rezoned from 8-3 to B-3/01P.
A part of the South % of Section 9. Town 5 North, Range 20 East, City of Muskego,
County of Waukesha, State of Wisconsin. described as follows: Beginning in the center
of the Waterford Road, 213.18 feet West and 1,188 feet North 9-3/4" East from the %
post on the South side of said Section 9; thence running North 9-314" East 80.feet;
thence South 80-1/4" East 150 feet; thence South 9-3/4 ' West 80 feet; thence North
80-114" West 150 feet to the place of beginning. Excepting and reserving therefrom:
that parcel deeded as Document No. 117303. Also excepting and reserving therefrom:
that parcel deeded to Waukesha County by an instrument recorded as Document No.
665004.

SECTION 2: The Common Council of the City of Muskego does hereby amend the 2010
Comprehensive Plan to depict the property identified as Tax Key No. MSKC 2196.988 as
having Institutional land use.
SECTION 3: The following described property is hereby rezoned from B-1 to B-IIOIP.
That part of Southwest % of Section 9, Town 5 North, Range 20 East, in the City of
Muskego, County of Waukesha. State of Wisconsin, bounded and described as follows:
Commencing at a point in the center line of a highway, 214.50 feet West of and 503.83
feet North 9" 30' East from the Southeast corner of said % Section, continuing then
North 9" 30 East along the center line of said highway, 396.0 feet to a point: thence
North 86" 30' West, 148.0 feet to the center line of a creek, thence Southerly along the
center line of said creek, 394.0 feet more or less, to a point; then South 86" 30' East
57.0 feet to the place of commencement. EXCEPTING THEREFROM THE
NORTHERLY 150 FEET FURTHER EXCEPTING THEREFROM that part conveyed to
Waukesha County by an instrument dated June 20, 1966 and recorded on August 1,
1966, in Volume 1056, Page 675, as Document No. 667416.

SECTION 5: The several sections of this ordinance are declared to be severable. If any
be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, such decision shall apply only to the specific section or
section or portion thereof shall be declared by a decision of a court of competent jurisdiction to
portion thereof directly specified in the decision, and not affect the validity of all other
provisions, sections, or portion thereof of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and
effect. Any other ordinances whose terms are in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance
are hereby repealed as to those terms that conflict.
SECTION 6: This ordinance is in full force and effect from and after passage and publication
