AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE ZONING MAP
OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO
(Dreamland-B-3, RS-1 and RSE to B-3/0PD)
THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO, WISCONSIN, DO ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The following described property is hereby rezoned from 8-3, RS-1 and
RSE to B310PD:
That part of the southwest quarter of Section 2 and the southeast quarter of Section 3,
Township 5 North, Range 20 East, in the City of Muskego, County of Waukesha, State
of Wisconsin, bounded and described as follows: commencing at the northwest corner
of said southwest quarter section; thence north 87 degrees 44 minutes 48 seconds east
along the north line of said quarter section 1337 79 feet to a point; thence south 00
degrees 46 minutes 33 seconds east along the east line of the west half of said quarter
section 464.75 feet to a point; thence south 64 degrees 26 minutes 26 seconds west
parallel with the north line of Janesville Road (C.T.H. L) 137.68 feet to the point of
beginning; thence south 00 degrees 46 minutes 33 seconds east parallel with the east
line of the west half of said quarter section 664.03 feet to a point on the north line of
Janesville Road (C.T H. L); thence south 64 degrees 26 minutes 26 seconds west
along said north line 713.05 feet to a point; thence south 78 degrees 04 minutes 07
seconds west along said north line 72.26 feet to a point; thence south 66 degrees 05
minutes 35 seconds west along said north line 19.67 feet to a point; thence north 06
degrees 01 minutes 28 seconds west along the east line of lands excepted in Quit
Claim deed document No. 1292810 a distance of 145.1 8 feet to a point; thence south
83 degrees 56 minutes 49 seconds west along the north line of lands excepted in Quit
Claim deed document No. 1292810 and described in Quit Claim deed document No.
2202404 for a distance of 299.1 1 feet to a point on the east line of Moorland Road
(C.T H. 0); thence north 27 degrees 33 minutes 43 seconds west along said east line
604.22 feet to a point; thence north 62 degrees 26 minutes 32 seconds east 274.39
feet to a point; thence south 27 degrees 33 minutes 43 seconds east 265.00 feet to a
point; thence north 64 degrees 26 minutes 26 seconds east parallel with the north line
of Janesville Road (C.T.H. L) 1052.32 feet to the point of beginning, containing 16.399
acres.
SECTION 2: The several sections of this ordinance are declared to be severable. If
any section or portion thereof shall be declared by a decision of a court of competent
jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, such decision shall apply only to 0 the specific section or portion thereof directly specified in the decision, and not affect
the validity of all other provisions, sections, or portion thereof of the ordinance which

SECTION 3: This ordinance is in full force and effect from and after passage and
