AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE ZONING MAP
OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO
(Henneberry - EA to RCE and EA to A)
THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO, WISCONSIN, DO ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: The following described property is hereby rezoned from EA to RCE:
Commencing at the SW !4 of Section 20, T5N R18 E City of Muskego, Waukesha
County, Wisconsin; thence S 88” 17’ 23” W along the south line of said quarter section
1,344.355 feet to a point on the west line of the east one-half of the said quarter section;
thence N 01’ 3 1 ’ 42” W along said west line 243.3 1 feet to the point of beginning; thence
continuing N 01” 31’ 42” W along said west line 1,085.445 feet to a point on the
centerline of Henneberry Drive; thence N 88” 20’ 46” E along said centerline of
Henneberry Drive 750.00 feet; thence S 01” 31’ 42” E 736.965 feet; thence S 88” 20’ 46”
W 250.00 feet to the point of beginning, being approximately 14.688 acres, more or less,
including Hennebeny Drive right-of-way.
SECTION 2: The following described property is hereby rezoned from EA to A:
The SE % of the SW !4 of Section 20, T5N NOE, City of Muskego excepting therefrom
those portions conveyed by Deed recorded in vol. 659 page 424 and Deed recorded in
vol. 788 page 595 and recorded in vol. 790 page 228, Waukesha County Records and
excepting therefrom the following described lands: Commencing at the SW !4 of Section
20, Thence S 88” 17’ 23” W along the south line of said quarter section 1,344.355 feet to
a point on the west line of the east one-half of the said quarter section; thence N 01 3 1 ’
42” W along said west line 243.31 feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing N
01” 3 I’ 42” W along said west line 1,085,445 feet to a point on the centerline of
Henneberry Drive; thence N 88” 20’ 46” E along said centerline of Hennebeny Drive
750.00 feet; thence S 01” 31’ 42” E 736.965 feet; thence S 88” 20’ 46” W 250.00 feet to
the point of beginning, being approximately 2 I .5 acres, more or less.
SECTION 3: The several sections of this ordinance are declared to be severable. If any section
or portion thereof shall be declared by a decision of a court of competent jurisdiction to be
invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, such decision shall apply only to the specific section or
portion thereof directly specified in the decision, and not affect the validity of all other
provisions, sections, or portion thereof of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and
effect. Any other ordinance whose terms are in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance are
hereby repealed as to those terms that conflict.
SECTION 4: This ordinance is in full force and effect from and after passage and publication.
